Dietary fiber and maybe fullness vs energy

    • Will give more purpose for foods with fiber
    • Shares info about importancy of fiber in diet
    • Will make it more challenging to reach optimal skill gain

    If you want to make it more complex, introduce fullness (when you are full, you cannot eat) from energy... and voila... you might need to eat unoptimally to gain enough energy for physically intensive tasks, giving more purpose for resting.
