Random PC crash after a few minutes (only in ECO)

Hey guys,
my friend got the following problem:
When he plays the game his PC will randomly crash
This cant be forced. its totally random. sometimes he can play for about 2-3 hours but most time it crashes after 10-15minutes.
Games like PubG with higher requirements works fine at all. no crashes there. its only ecoSo does anybody know how to fix it?
