Creating a new chest

After looking at stronge and someones mod big chests sorry not sure witch mod added it but I wanted to clone it and make a bigger one
I am guessing I have to add it some some kind of list as it reads Eco.Mod.TechTree.(Item), so it seems to reff some kind of section.
