    Well, since NoBlackThunder is doing such a great job in organising the Bugs,

    We could also organise the Ideas, the Complains and so on.. short said: A Community Management and Helpdesk.
    (Well Helpdesk is a bit too early, but CM might come in handy to get more structured input for the Community Ideas)

    Just like the Bug-List I would offer my self to build an Idea-Board so we can have a better overview and the users might not start the same Idea over and over again.
    (Or who ever else you choose for this job ^^)
