Global warming?

Can you warm the planet in the games current status? If possible are there/will there be polar ice caps that will be melt able that would cause rising sea levels if you release too much carbon into the atmosphere?

in the older version, you could, but a nasty bug made it flood the world quick. As of 6.3.1, the co2 was turn off. Dunno about 6.4 yet
