When playing, if you build a workshop against the opening of a cave, it counts the volume of the cave towards the workshop's space. As a result, I'm able to place 10 workstations side by side in a very small space while coring out a mountain. It saves me the trouble of having to build an actual building. Is there any way to assess what the walls are made of and then, if they are raw, unprocessed logs (like dirt or stone) then they count against the building? Or is this intentional?
